Payment:
Payment to be made in full on delivery of image files / prints etc. Finished work will only be released on receipt of payment in full. 30 day accounts by special arrangement only.

Delivery:
Proofs are delivered by e-mail or on disc as a numbered slide show. Image files can be emailed, uploaded to your server or sent on disc. Contact sheets, prints and transparencies can be collected or sent by post or courier.

Rush Orders:
A surcharge of 50% or time (£75 per hour) spent on administering may be applied to rush orders. I define rush orders as deadlines brought forward, last minute commissions with short deadlines, working through the night without prior arrangement or employing extra staff to cover the deadline.

Copyright:
We may show portfolios of work to clients from time to time or use images in our portfolio or on our websites. This may include images shot for you. Please tell us if you do not wish us to use to these images.
